Section 3: Blueprints for the Brain
Building upon the skills introduced in Series 2, the Stress-Resilience Life-Kit program progresses with Series 3: Blueprints for the Brain. This session will explore the neuroscience of habits and the role of dopamine in motivation to offer practical techniques for breaking negative habits and building positive ones, as a 3rd integral component of a personal Stress-Resiliency Life-Kit.
Participants will learn :
An overview of the functioning of the brain's automated processes, including the identification of detrimental habits
How to utilize sensory cues from the environment to reconnect with oneself and maintain alignment with personal objectives
Recognize the significance of the brain's reward system in fostering positive transformations (including self-compassion when we fail).
Learn a novel framework for implementing change, based on the latest & most optimal behavior change techniques
